The Training Pool was established over 10 years ago to provide a locally driven, high quality and attractively priced Management Training provision primarily in the Scottish Highlands but also in the Central Belt. 

This Management Training is delivered as individual Workshops in various different locations which are open to personnel from a diverse range of employment.  Alternatively, and which is frequently the cheaper option where the number of attendees  from individual organisations warrant it, this training can be provided in the form of bespoke in-house programmes.

In addition, the Training Pool's team of experienced business professionals can provide a wide range of specialised consultancy advice and support.
