The Training Pool was established over ten years ago to provide a locally driven, high quality and attractively priced training provision in the Scottish Highlands.
We have a core associate team of highly experienced training and consultancy specialists who deliver the workshops and services detailed in the following pages.
All our associates live and work in the Highlands and as such are aware of the fairly unique problems that face organisations and businessess operating in this area. They are also acutely aware of the external business dynamics, from both a local and international perspective, that can also have an impact and where appropriate tailor training delivery to take this into account.
