Business Performance Reviews
This is a comprehensive, structured and confidential review of how effective all aspects of your organisation operates.  We will help you focus on the important functions and capabilities of your organisation and assess the effectiveness of each.  The processwill identiufy where improvements are necessary to add value and meet your particular objectives.  If required we can support you in making the changes required together we will also consider how your strengths can be built on to secure a distinct competitive advantage or improved performance.

Business Plan Development 
The requirement to have a written Business Plan in place  for a number of diverse purposes is becoming an increasingly frequently requirement.  However, the  production of a comprehensive and meaningful Business Plan is a daunting prospect for a significant number of organisations.  In addition to delivering Workshops on the subject we are able to assist organisations with this task and help them  develop a bespoke Business Plan which will meet their needs.

Training Needs Analysis
As part
of our service we can offer you a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) within all levels of your organisation.  The TNA process offers a systematic analysis of all the skill requirements throughout the organisation enabling you to identify and plan cost effective learning activities that will support the business strategy and enhance the achievement of set internal targets. 
N.B.  There is no obligation, or expectation, that any training needs identified through this process have to be addressed via the Training Pool.

Management Mentoring
One of the primary functions of a Mentor is to use their own skills and experience to confidentially assist and support an individual to improve their performance in their job role.  We are able to provide an experienced business professional trained in the process to carry out this role for you or any of your Managers. 

Workplace Mediation
Where organisations are involved in grievance and disciplinary issues, which they are finding difficult to resolve, the current employment legislation, in the shape of the ACAS Guidelines, encourages them to consider mediation.  We are able to provide a cost effective, impartial and confidential external mediation service which can help you manage and contain the problem and hopefully find an acceptable resolution.

Quality Management Systems
We are able to offer assistance and support to organisations wishing to establish and implement their own bespoke Quality Management System.  This includes development of the required Manuals,Procedures and associated documentation plus any additional follow on activities that may be necessary in preparation for the formal accreditation audit.

Employment Documentation & Support
Current employment legislation dictates that all employees should receive a written Statement of Main Terms of Employment within eight weeks of taking up employment.  If you have not already issued these, or would like your current documentation reviewed and updated, the Training Pool specialists can help.  This assistance could include   development of a range of bespoke documentation, which will meet with your specific requirements while still being compliant with current legislation.  Examples of this documentation include Statements of Main Terms of Employment, Employee Handbooks and employment related Policies and Procedures.  This documentation is subsequently automatically updated with any significant changes to legislation to ensure it always remains compliant.  Additional ongoing support can also be offered associated with this, thus removing any ongoing concerns the Employer may have in this area.
